Massimo Biolcati is of Swedish and Italian descent. He was raised and studied music in Stockholm, Sweden and Torino, Italy. Massimo came to Berklee to study jazz in 1996. He has recorded and/or performed with Jerry Bergonzi, Mick Goodrick, Hal Crook, George Garzone, Joanne Brackeen, Jamey Haddad, Jeff Hamilton, Bob Moses, Frank Tiberi and Gary Chaffee. Massimo has performed at many European jazz festivals.
